Nice hotel, great staff except the entertainment that speaks only in Spanish so everyone else is excluded??

If you’re young and looking for a budget resort to stay at while you do excursions I would 100% recommend this place. It was perfect for us and our needs, however, if you’re used to huge fancy resorts where there’s constant entertainment and no real need to leave at any point in your trip you might be disappointed. For us, it was good because it was clean, the beach was small but beautiful, the location was perfect for excursions and the service was exceptional. The food was a bit hit or miss, most nights it was pretty good but I have to admit I was looking forward to going home to my own cooking a couple nights lol. If you’re staying here I would recommend booking excursions to fill at least half your trip (which are very worth it in Mexico) and then spend a couple days relaxing at the resort. Overall though a pretty solid experience, it wasn’t dirty or sketchy or weird by any means and I felt very safe there as a young first time traveller.

Nice place beautiful grounds, great staff,room was OK,pool nice,food ok,entertainment becomes a bit repetitive after 10 days,beach isn't massive but others are available .

Everyone here is so lovely! They made me feel like I was at home and were very welcoming. The room was spotless from head to toe. Everything was perfect. I will recommend people to come to this exact spot!!

A very good experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was varied and delicious. This is my second time at this hotel and I will definitely return.
