Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort

My visit here was amazing, and I can't wait to go back. All staff were very attentive and helpful. They were all a pleasure to be around!

We stayed at the Dreams Playa Mujeres over Memorial Day weekend for a family wedding. The resort was clean and modern, all the staff were friendly and helpful. There are so many pools, our 10 and 12 year old boys loved the kids club and the water slides. The lazy river could use a little stronger current, it was truly lazy 😂. The weather was so hot and humid, I would recommend going in the winter if you are sensitive to the heat. Thankfully the rooms had excellent air conditioning, as long as you keep the doors closed your room will be comfortable. Food was decent, the kids loved the all inclusive concept. If they didn’t like something there was always another treat to try. We never had to wait more than a minute for a cocktail at the swim up bars. My only criticism would be the beds are on the hard side and it is too humid outside - but that can’t be changed 😂

Not a great experience. The pool temperature was extremely hot in all pools as well as the water level. We had a garden view double suite and the noise from all the weddings was constant each night until well after 10:30pm and with kids it was infuriating. It was either pay $6k extra or deal with it. The food was limited and for the time to wait and eat at a restaurant it wasn’t worth it with younger kids.

The atmosphere was great and the rooms were clean. While there were some visitors that were pretty loud with music in their balconies, it didnt permiate through inside the rooms. Staff were courteous and always willing to help and service was always top notch. The in-room amenties could be better for the prices paid for preferred club, but regardless was of pretty decent level. There were a ton of activities for the kids so really enjoyed that. Food was also great overall in all of the restaurants.

It was awesome. The resort, people, activities. Ricardo alex and angel are the best.
