Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort

This was our second visit to the hotel, and this time we decided to skip the Preferred Club. Honestly, we never felt like we were missing anything. The service was excellent across the board, the food was consistently very good, and the grounds were as immaculate as we remembered. A big shout‑out to Samuel Sosa Sulub at Maris—attentive, warm, and genuinely personable. The entertainment team, especially Ricardo and Alex, kept the energy high with fun activities throughout the day. We also joined the one‑hour morning bike tour with Jessica, which was such a nice way to start the day… and we even spotted the resident crocodile! On the downside, the resort hosts a lot of weddings, which can mean large groups and a bit more noise at times. And if you’re hoping to snag a chair at the activity pool, be prepared to get up early—we saw some guests reserving an unbelievable number of chairs (around 20!) for their group. Thankfully, there are several other pools around the property, so if you’re flexible, it’s easy enough to find a quieter spot. Overall, we had another wonderful stay. The staff, food, and atmosphere far outweighed the minor inconveniences, and we’d happily return.

The easiest stress free check in. Took 15 minutes upon arrival to access are room. Very spacious and clean rooms. Excellent excellent food from buffet to all specialty restaurants. The staff was always present available and making event request possible. Gorgeous beach and beautiful facilities. Special shout out to Salvatore to making all our dining experiences above and beyond. Already planking our next trip to this amazing resort.

Location was beautiful,atmosphere was outstanding! Room was so amazing and clean and I’m a neat freak! Gabriella did an amazing job keeping our room on tip top shape! What we paid for vs what we got can’t even begin to match! Roger the door man was the first person we met and he was amazing! Thank you Roger! Edurado was awesome as well showing the resort and hooking us up on things to do! This resort was so stinkin peaceful and calming! Even with lots of people I have a thing for Noise and felt no anxiety! And things to do?? My daughter’s wedding was Sunday we got there Thursday and had the best times of our lives! Food, drinks. Social life night club Spanish classes Movies outdoors! OMG! This was hands down one of the best trips I have ever had! One more thing. THE WEDDING!!! Fairy tail dreamy beautiful freaking gorgeous! Erica, Erica, Erica! Thank you and , Our MC MeMo and the DJ!s ! They all touched a special place in my heart how they worked with us and were patient and kind! Wow!! Lastly the food at this place and the food at the wedding!! Can’t say enough about all of it💖top tier!! This experience was a 10/10 thank you all to everyone that had a hand in our stay! Shout out to landscapers and all the servers and bartenders! I know this was long but this place and the people they employ are amazing! Last time thank you to our drivers with Amstar! They were also outstanding and SAFE drivers! Mochas gracias por todo No puedo esperar a volver a casa

Came to the resort for the first time to plan our June wedding! I can’t say enough good things about this resort. It’s a gorgeous property and the best food of any resort I have been to in Mexico! Go see Samuel and Daniel at a Maris and not only will you eat well but they will take the best care of you! Their laughs and smiles are infectious
