Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort

Went for my Granddaughters wedding. It was very nice. She had it on the beach and everything was great. The hotel was excellent. Could not have asked for better service and attention. The property was very clean, the beach was the same. Pretty water and wide beach. The food was excellent and the choices were plentiful. The pools were great and plenty of room. Cannot say enough positives about this place. This was my first trip to Mexico. My wife and I felt very safe the entire time. No problems at all.

Beautiful location, great resort awesome staff! I would avoid it during Spring Break (unless you are a spring breaker) as it was overwhelmed with teens the end of our stay. The service was amazing and the food was good. We never had a bad meal. Staff, over the top kind and helpful.

The resort visit was a perfect getaway for my wife, 12 week old baby, and myself. Everything was super accessible and well kept. Breakfast was our favorite meal of the day, mostly due to the incredible pastries and mimosas. But the staff was by far the best aspect of the resort. The preferred staff made us feel priotized and went above and beyond to meet our every need. Roxana was our favorite!!!

We had a really excellent overall family vacation. The friendly staff across the entire resort really stood out. We enjoyed the food overall including Buffett and à la carte (Maris, Tres colores Gaucho, Mezes), Tides, Dolce for coffee and ice cream and the pop up lunch spot. We spent most time at the Mermaid pool where we always found pool loungers and enjoyed great service and drinks, as well as some music and kids activities. We also enjoyed the 2 large water slides and the water park which is perfect for young kids. The beach had beautiful white sand and hardly any seaweed but the waves were quite big, so not ideal for small kids to swim in (while we were there anyway). The entertain staff were all so kind and friendly and encouraged participation in activities which were fun. The Hyatt app was great for keeping track of all the activities going on, Including kids Explorers club and the nightly shows. There was plenty going on to keep us busy if we wanted to be. Our room was comfortable with 2 ‘queen’ (more like double) beds and also pullout sofa. There was a large balcony with jacuzzi tub , bench and small table and chairs. It was almost 40 min drive from Cancun to the resort but check in was quick and easy check out as well.

Travelled: March 3–12, 2026 | Group: Family of 4, along with 5 other families. We spent 9 nights at Dreams Playa Mujeres over spring break and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Staff & Service The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly throughout our stay. From the moment you step into the main lobby, someone is always nearby to assist. A special mention goes to Salvador, a restaurant manager, who was genuinely outstanding. Consistently accommodating, warm, and attentive, he set the tone for the entire dining team. Rooms Rooms were clean and comfortable. One unexpected standout: the rain head shower. The water pressure is simply incredible — honestly worth a 5-star review on its own. Dining The restaurant selection is excellent. The breakfast buffet was perfect for each day. For lunch, Maris became our go-to spot and quickly earned the top ranking among the family. With no reservations required across the resort, it never felt stressful to plan meals. Beach The beach was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. Seaweed was a non-issue. A tractor grooms the shore multiple times daily, and only on a couple of occasions was there any minor seaweed in the water. Beach chairs and umbrellas were consistently available without any scramble. Pool The pool area was livelier than the beach. Pool was warm and clean throughout our stay. On busier days, finding chairs required a bit of effort, but it was rarely a problem.
