We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained! Food and drinks were amazing! Miguel took great care of us at the beach! All of the staff were friendly and accommodating! Can’t wait to go back!

We traveled as a family with our two kids (5 and 7) and one member of our family is a professional chef. We found the food to be a little bit inconsistent but overall a great experience. Our favorite parts of our stay were dinner at the sushi bar and a special lunch at poseidon prepared by chef Elias and served by Alfredo. We loved this experience and felt it was so personalized. Incredible food and Alfredo was a spectacular server. The kids activities and amenities were awesome. I love the small touches like the candy walls. Such a minor detail that made our kids super excited and made them feel like this trip had things just for them. Overall would absolutely recommend! Also- our butlers were all amazing but Luis and Jose were so nice even going and finding neosporin when we needed it. Thank you all!

Positive - A large group of us travelled for a relative's wedding at the hotel. We had a Mayan service on the beach followed by a celebration meal and entertainment afterwards. the wedding and celebrations were excellent and everyone had a great time. Negative - the booking system between the hotel and wedding planners needs fixing and overall we experienced a lot of problems with our bookings, connecting different bookings and getting our payments acknowledged across the hotel systems.
