Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa

Check in and the front desk staff were rude, seems to be over worked. I reserved double bed to find out one king size and a sofa and they said based on availability. However Rooms were nice and clean and cleaning service staff excellent Everything far apart so you have to hub in one of these carts or they also have a man made lake with boat service. The resort facilities and decorations are nice. Beach is clean and nice Swimming pool also nice and they have one for kids which is nice. Food and restaurants So far the Japanese was a better choice The steak house , rib eyes was 40%fat Service wasn't great. Buffet food either breakfast or dinner food is really below standard. There is a pizza place which is nice, ice cream shop that I also thought was nice. Also coffee shop with friendly staff. Night show was also nice. Over all in my opinion 1 star For unfriendly staff, below quality food and bad manner for the front desk. The app never worked for anything. With that said you pay for the structure and the look. But I will never go back .
