Nice enough facilities but it’s 3 resorts in one complex and they are very unclear about what you have access to at the time of booking trying to charge you extra at checkin for access to certain areas. Food was mediocre/bland and service was subpar. Only decent staff members we encountered were the bartenders

Yesterday during the pool activities, I felt harassed by Ruben. He wouldn't stop staring at my butt and even my husband noticed it. What an unpleasant experience. I would not return to this hotel.

Honestly, Isla Blanca was by far the BEST restaurant in the entire hotel. Every single time we came, the team went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience. You can truly tell that they care about the guests and give 110% every night. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Félix from Mexican food, who every single night made sure we had the best Mexican experience possible and always encouraged us to try something new. His attention and kindness made our dinners unforgettable. Also, thank you to Giovanna, who on our last night made sure we got one last piece of grilled salmon, even though it was no longer available. That small gesture meant so much to us. Thank you as well to Diana for the desert, Cristi the restaurant coordinator, and Hector from sushi. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making guests happy. Without a doubt, Isla Blanca is the best restaurant in the hotel, not only because of the amazing food, but because of the amazing people behind it. We will definitely remember this experience!
