Front desk service is atrocious and rude. Wouldn’t let a single guest into the rooms until 3pm. Regardless of the fact that they were clearly ready. 5 star resort?!? It’s a joke! I had to wait online 3x with numerous outraged guests. They would give me a room number even at 2:45. Although it’s quite a walk to the building. Nice grounds and decent food will never ever make up for complete lack of service. Disgusting!!!!! Never ever coming back. If you want to feel appreciated and pampered pick another resort!!!

Our family is having an amazing time here. My daughter loved being in stage with the performers at the evening shows at the theater. Monse and Sara were amazing with the all the kids and made mine feel comfortable with being involved in the shows. We also absolutely loved the Chic Cabaret show as a night out for the adults in the family. Blown away by the talent, and the service we received with dinner and drinks. Everything else has been fantastic also, from the pools to the beach to the staff. Always a smiling face around. Our butlers were great with communication and helped us out with many requests. The kids are already asking to come back again and we haven't finished our stay yet!

Augusto, Carlos, Jose, Jesus, Alfredo, Leo, chef Soto, were all so polite and helpful during our stay. I don’t remember all the wonderful staff, but no matter how small to task at hand, all were very respectful and helpful. The harp player at breakfast was our overall Favorite.

We had such an amazing experience. Nicest resort we’ve ever stayed at! Food was excellent and the staff were extremely kind and helpful!
