I made beautiful keychains in the junior club with Diana today! She was very very nice and encouraging to our creative ideas. Me and my brother had an awesome night with her and I am so happy of my keychains. I definitely recommended, its a great ambiance and very relaxing. 5 stars!!❤️

1. Prepare to be splashed and bumped into by kids at the pool bar - would be nice if there was separation between adults & kids right at the bar, at least. 2. Only 1 bartender serving 5-10 people. leads to poor service and long wait times - would be good to have multiple bartenders at once, especially during peak hours. 3. No music (we had to play our own), and if music was played it was very low volume and mainly Bruno Mars - would recommend having different genres every day to promote/encourage people to plan their pool days with music they want to. 4. Golf carts took long to come at times, especially when waiting to be picked up from the beach 5. Buffet food was okay 6. Poseidon buffet was very good 7. Many a la carte options = good food but need to book early on because they book up fast 8. Beach was great, good service and no need for water shoes. 9. Bars were good, decent food, good music 10. Overall, if I was to come back again, I would only come to the adult section!

Always ask for a room that has been recently occupied. Our clothes remained damp once removed from the closet.

The Grand Palladium Costa Murejeres, is a resort to be. My time was short so I wasn't able experience all the attractions but I enjoyed every moment of my stay. The ambiance is invigorating, the staff's work ethic is remarkable and not to mention their friendliness and politeness, I've never seen such wonderful behavior before. I will surely return and recommended this place. Thank you for the exemplary service.
