Sergio Alberto from the spa was helpful and kind when booking our spa for us.

We had the most incredibly relaxing experience within the spa opting for the couples package which we chose after speaking with Sergio Alberto. He was highly professional giving us lots of information about various packages available to book showing he is highly knowledgeable in regards to the spa. The full body massage was fantastic followed by the jacuzzi spa with Prosecco and chocolate strawberries. The staff within the spa are very attentive and work hard. I would definitely recommend the spa in the future and booking with Sergio Alberto who still continues to come and speak with us daily. Thanks again!

Just trying to check in , first impressions hotel is dirty plates left in block 12 dirty and not cleaned , lift is filthy , nobody cleaning have to walk from one lobby to the next as not organised on front desk , not what you want from a 5 star hotel , next stop management 🤦‍♂️

Absolutely amazing, delicious food. Armin was a fantastic chef, lots of fun. Highly recommend. Fried ice cream is my new favourite.

Horrible service, veeeery low quality alcohol and food, been sick to my stomach since i arrived, no beach, bad mannered waiting staff and bartenders, if you are not a PLATINUM MEMBER do not even think about coming here, and if you are its not worth it
