The hotel was absolutely beautiful was overwhelmed by how big it was. The variety of food and restaurants was phenomenal we were spoilt for choice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Elmer worked at the swim up pool was extremely friendly and worked very hard serving us drinks all day.

Verbena Cena Genaro Pat Poot was the most wonderful server! He took such great care of me and my son! He was friendly and funny and quick to respond to all our needs! The resort is gorgeous and the food spectacular! Wpuld

My family has been traveling to Cancun three times a year for years, and Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya genuinely surprised us. The property is vast with lots of steps daily, but tram service is available. Don't stay in your room — explore! Coffee shops and ice cream parlors are scattered throughout. The service was exceptional. Roberto, Jorge, Adriana, and Eduardo went above and beyond, and Anghel the Bartender is hands down the best mixologist on property — look for him! The concierge team checks on you regularly. The food was surprisingly great, and the overall experience left us impressed. One note: the beach had some seaweed during our visit — likely seasonal. We're hoping to return and experience the beach activities next time. Bottom Line: Service was great, food was great, and we're already planning to come back and stay longer. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel apart from the evening restaurants. There is 6 adults in our group, we’ve come on a family holiday and want to eat together in an evening. 1. Members are prioritised restaurant bookings prior to arriving to the hotel so book up all availability. 2. Near enough impossible to book a table for 6 people together 3. On the rare occasion we are offered a booking it’s 5:45 which is far too early 4. Concierge are doing the best they can, it’s not their fault, however we are told to come back at 1pm to try again, come back at 3pm, come back Wednesday etc etc… we’re on holiday, we dont want to be continuously visiting the concierge. 5. We’ve been double booked on the same night when we’ve managed to secure a booking. 6. Were told by the concierge that they can’t book a restaurant but they can see availability so just turn up at 5:45, we’ve rushed to get ready and turned up at the restaurant only to be turned away. Absolutely shocking system, it’s spoiled our holiday. This is our second visit and we won’t be returning. We certainly won’t be recommending the hotel anymore. Buffet food is the same each night and when that’s the only place you’re forced to eat it becomes a chore and isn’t enjoyable. We feel really let down and gutted as our last experience here was fantastic back in 2022 prior to the restaurant booking system. We won’t be returning.

Waiter was very knowledgeable, explained everything well, very nice. Decor, ambiance and cleanliness top draw. The food was all fresh and vibrant. Great choice of drinks.
