The Park had a very wide selection of foods to try and great service by Erik Romero Meza who was constantly making sure we had everything we needed, kept us topped up with drinks and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Best waiter by far we had in all of the 2 weeks across all restaurants and I would totally recommend.

Exceptional location! When you book this hotel. You get more than a five star experience. The location is in the heart of the Caribbean side of Mexico. Akamal bay and tulum ruins are located just a short ride away. If you’re up for an adventure? It’s perfect to reach places like xcaret, hex-ha eco parks where you can spend a day enjoying underground natural pools, rivers and explore more. You can relax by the pool areas or join in with the party. Each pool area has its own unique style and experience with bars and restaurants everywhere you turn. A quiet afternoon relaxing by the pool or evening walk after one of the finest restaurants. Soak in the culture and enjoy the entertainment in the main theatre, sports bar or upper deck area. As a solo traveller I’ve honestly never felt more relaxed and comfortable in this hotels safe surroundings. The rooms are astonishing, clean and what can I say about the whirlpool bath… just incredible! Maid service was fantastic and I especially loved the towel art. Beautiful! I honestly felt like I was in the jungle, the wildlife were amazing to see up close. Spider monkeys, exotic birds, wonderful colourful butterflies, lizards, raccoons and coati. Simply beautiful creatures surrounded within the natural nature of this spectacular location. The staff are fantastic, very welcoming, knowledgeable encouraging and supportive. There are carts which stop anywhere to pick you up and take you to the lazy river, Spa, Beach or quiet pool areas and restaurants in the evenings. Concierge is 24 seven with all inclusive option to dine in your room via your room remote control. In addition, you can chrome cast your Apple TV or Netflix to your tv which is brilliant! Truly magnificent if you are tired and want an early evening or movie night. The staff are incredibly helpful and can’t do enough for you especially, Marlene Castro… What a wonderful extraordinary person. This lady goes above and beyond for all her guests. Simply an incredible asset to the team. 👌 In addition, joef the chef at Bazzar restaurant. His food was so incredible that I had to speak to him. I’ve honestly never eaten food like his. Michelin star quality food and perfect cooked. The steak and molle sauce combo with the couscous, peanuts and raisins was just an outstanding taste of surprising aromas around my mouth. This chef should have a restaurant on his own. Top quality food all round. The service of food standards all over the resort was simply designed with perfection in mind as well as authentic cuisine in all restaurants across the resort alike… Lima, Oishii, puebllito lindo, Carnil or butchers… à la carte restaurants galore or buffet style restaurants too, like Talum or Akamal… Ice cream parlours and as much cakes and coffee you could eat or drink… the choice of fresh food is excellent and by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Cleanliness of the Hotel was outstanding. The staff cleaned everywhere from dusk to dawn. Before left I had saw reviews about the seaweed. It’s natural nature and they even clean up the beach. Truly Incredible work! Overall value for money… worth every penny. I’ve honestly never been on a holiday like this and most certainly will go back time and time again, this was a truly exceptional experience for me. The Hotel itself is outstanding. The food is incredible. The Spa is out of this world and the staff can’t do enough for the guests they served. I would lastly like to say that Miss Marlene Castro is by far, one of the best assets of this Hotel, she was truly exceptional, positive attitude with everyone she met, very professional and dedicated to her role within the hotel. I was a solo guest and Marlene Castro went out her way to check on me from time to time. It’s the first time this is ever happened to me when travelling and I must say. I felt incredibly safe and well looked after with her and her team. This made my holiday experience even more memorable and special. I just can’t wait to go back!
