Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort and Spa

Our stay at Playa del Carmen's Grand Sirenis was fantastic. The resort is lovely, with lush tropical grounds, lots of wildlife, and a gorgeous beachfront that made it simple to unwind and take in the view. The personnel put in a lot of effort and were warm and pleasant. Throughout our visit, the accommodations were roomy, cosy, and kept up nicely. There were multiple restaurants to select from, and the food was rather varied. We usually found something we liked, even though some meals were better than others. The entertainment staff did a great job of keeping everyone interested, the pools were spotless, and there were plenty of activities all day. The resort's natural surroundings, where you may frequently see coatis, iguanas, and other local animals, were among its attractions. Overall, Grand Sirenis is an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive vacation in the Riviera Maya. We'd happily return and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was well maintained and very clean, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff cant do enough for you. Highly recommend.

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Grand Serenis and it has been a really easy place to relax and enjoy ourselves. The resort has a calm, polished feel, with attractive surroundings and a modern look that gives the whole place a very pleasant atmosphere. It’s the kind of hotel where you can switch off quickly and just enjoy being on holiday. The room has been excellent — generous in size, very comfortable, and nicely finished. It felt bright, fresh, and welcoming, with plenty of space to make the stay feel extra comfortable. We’ve also really enjoyed the social side of the hotel. The Breeze Bar is a lovely place to sit outside, and the live music creates a great evening mood without ever feeling too much. It adds a really enjoyable touch to the resort and makes the nights feel special. There are lots of details that make the hotel stand out too, from the well-kept pool areas to the friendly atmosphere around the resort. Overall, it’s been a brilliant stay and a place we’d be happy to return to.

We’re still here at Grand Serenis in Cancun and having a really lovely stay so far. The whole place has a great ambience — modern, relaxed, and stylish — and it feels like the perfect setting for a proper getaway. It’s been great to come back to a room that feels spacious and restful after a day out by the pool or around the resort.[tripadvisor +1] One of our favourite spots has definitely been the Breeze Bar outside, which is such a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. We’ve also loved the live bands and evening atmosphere, which give the hotel a lively but still laid-back holiday feel. There are plenty of other things to enjoy too, including the clean pools, attractive grounds, friendly staff, and the general sense that the resort is well looked after. The spa and the variety of bars and dining options also add to the experience and make the hotel feel really complete. Overall, Grand Serenis has been a really enjoyable place to stay and we’re very happy to be here. It’s got a great mix of comfort, atmosphere, and entertainment, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing stay in Cancun.

We had a blast with my family! The food is excellent, but above all, the people, the service. This is a real experience to rest and recover! Special thanks to Jorge Carlos Mendez Rosado, the waiter at the main restaurant in the lobby. He made me feel like family every morning! He knew exactly the table I liked and my favorite selections, just as I like, the orange juice, the latte, and every detail. Marlene Bahena and Marcos Vasquez were superb! Excellent service and friendship! Ana and Letsy at the Kids Club were phenomenal, too. Omar at the Beach Club was incredible, too. Thank you!! We will love to come back very soon!
