Ocean Riviera Paradise

Place is wonderful for families! Especially jelly (kids/toddlers club) where Ana and Greg work, they’re awesome with all their activities!

We had an amazing time at Ocean Riviera. Had the chance to make a trip to Playa del Carmel and Excaret and the Hotel Staff helped us arrange taxi and transfer. A particular thanks to Mirel, Ana, Dani and the entire team at the Kids Club, my girl loved going there and every night there was something organized for the little ones! Food was great, always many options and fresh produce too. My celiac and lactose intolerant husband always had many options as well, which is not always the case. Different pools to spend the day in, our favorite was the one close to the beach, and the train ride was super useful with little kids and lot of toys! The only downs would be for the room: spacious (family of 4) and nice, cleaned every day, but difficult to regulate the AC (literally waking up in the middle of the night freezing) and the shower drain extremely slow. One of our friends, in another room, didn’t have hot water in their shower for almost the entire trip! Overall definitely worth the money in my opinion!

Nothing privileged about this place!! We’re staying here under a “Privilege” reservation with low water pressure, Luke warm temperature water, and rude and insensitive workers. My son came back from an excursion vomiting so I went off to find him soup. He’s 8 and a picky eater. I went to the Japanese restaurant to ask for soup and was refused soup by the waiters and the manager. I went to guest services and “privilege” services and no one seems to care at all about helping me get soup for my sick son. They only care if I have a reservation. I’ve never stayed in a “nice” hotel with such insensitive people. I will never stay here again. There’s a lot of competing hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay there!
