What a lovely hotel complex, we are in a privilege room. It’s the biggest room I’ve stayed in. Clean, bar refilled we good lagers and spirits and water off course 😂. Our butler Ariz is so helpful with the booking for our dinner in the à la carte restaurants. Picks us up in the buggy to get where we are meant to go. ❤️. The pool staff, Irene, Yasmin and Maria are so helpful throughout the day, bringing us drinks and food. Thank you ❤️🍻🍻👍🏼.

My son and I stayed at this resort from Feb.23 to Mar.2, 2026. We had a really fun week. There are definite pros and cons to this resort depending what kind of trip you are looking for. We were upgraded to a swim-up room as soon as we checked in at the front desk. We were originally booked in the family area of buildings, but my son is 17 so we were given a room in a quieter more adult building away from the chaos of the little kids. My son had to sleep on the couch though as there was only one bed in the room and a pull-out couch. We tried to pull out the couch but it looked iffy (rusty frame, very thin mattress) so he opted to just sleep on the couch itself. The air conditioning in the room was freezing cold all the time despite us using the thermostat to adjust the temp - it didn't make a difference. The room was very damp feeling and had a musty smell to it. There were signs in the room asking guests to keep the AC running to minimize the humidity in the room but it didn't make a difference. Our clothing always felt damp despite being clean and dry. I had extra blankets delivered to the room to keep us warm at night. The bathroom afforded no privacy at all due to partially open, slatted doors and louver type shutters between the sleeping area of the room and the bathroom, which opened up into the room. Within the bathroom, the toilet and shower had their own separate stalls with frosted glass swinging doors on them. You could hear absolutely everything going on in the bathroom at all times. Doors and shutters did not close fully or easily due to swelling from the humidity in the room. My son and I ran the shower or sink anytime one of us used the washroom just to give ourselves a bit of privacy. The resort has a very small beachfront and the property itself extends a good distance from one end of the resort to the water. There are little shuttle carts that drive people from one end to the other and stop along the way. It's a really long walk otherwise. The beach itself was very disappointing. It's not very big and was filled with seaweed to a point that no one was swimming in the ocean. There were staff raking it into piles but as fast as they did that, the water kept washing more in. It's not the kind of beach filled with loungers and people all day. The bottom under the water where we tried to swim was very rocky and hard to walk on. All swimming is done at the pools at this resort and the loungers were absolutely lined up along the pools - no buffer zone or space at all between people/other families. If I had realized this prior I would not have booked this resort. There were 3 big pools plus the swim-up pools for those rooms attached to them. The buffet restaurant was big, provided a lot of seating and many options for food. I didn't find the food quality very good at all though, very disappointing. My son and I stuck to the basics and ate repetitively for the week. There are fun things to do at the resort - some cost money and others are complimentary. The resort is geared to kids and families so there are lots of things for the kids to do. We did many excursions during our week and the staff at the hotel made that process very easy. All the staff that we encountered during the week were very helpful and friendly. Room cleaning staff were trustworthy and very thorough. Passports and wallets were locked in the safe but we enountered no issues with our belongings that were left in the room while we were out. We felt very safe at this resort and that was important to me. While I may not return to this exact resort, we really did have a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our time there.
