Ocean Riviera Paradise

My 17 year old daughters and their friend were put in danger. H10 Resort in partnership with Coco Bongo has Coco Bongo recruiters right on the resort. My daughters, wearing their underage bracelets were sales pressured to spend $ 300 US on tickets, you need to be oveer 18 for a reason. The recruiter knew they were underage, the recruiter knew they could get denied entry and the recruiter fully understood my daughters could have got stuck in Playa Del Carmn outside a night club. It happened when were at an event and by the time we realized what was going on and tryed to stop this rip off the transaction had bene procssed. I imediately reported it, complained to the resort and the onsite Coco Bongo people demanding the kids money back. The hotel and coco bong promised our money back, in writing, multiple times because mom and I were absolutely livid at what they did. Our daughters are young and were not equipped to defend themselves against this predator sales guy from Coco Bongo. There is a reason underage bracelets are given to minors. my daughters werenot innocent here but they did not hide their bracelets and that is the issue. H10 staff and management have ignroed my repeated requests and frankly if you are a parent with underage daughters do not go here. this ruined our vacation and the treatment from H10 regarding safety of young women was disgusting.

The artisan dessert was absolutely amazing and the perfect ending to the meal. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate food allergies and were very welcoming and attentive to our younger guests as well. What truly keeps us coming back year after year is the exceptional service throughout the resort. We spend nearly six weeks a year here, and the butler team and Privilege staff consistently go above and beyond to make us feel at home. They don’t treat us like guests—they treat us like family. Their attention to detail, genuine kindness, and dedication to making every stay special are a big part of why we continue to return. A memorable experience with outstanding food, wine, service, and hospitality. Highly recommended! 🍷✨❤️🏝️

Don't go to this hotel if you're disabled. stinking eggs all day. Then going into the lobby it's the same, what's in air-conditioning the smell is awful you can't get used to it, there's no where else to go after 9pm.if your going go to el-beso. It doesn't matter if you're in any of part of the ORP, you've got to ask for the drinks you like at any bar otherwise you get local drinks not nice. The ala-carte restaurant's weren't very good, the steak restaurant was amazing. But the rest were horrible in my opinion. When you go into the lobby at night the guys behind the bar listen to you voice then go to someone else, because you're British. They only want to serve yanks-Canadian people. Because they tip better. You can't go for a swim in paradise but you can't swim in paradise because there's so much seaweed that is so pungent, the beach is not entered because there's stones everywhere, you have to buy water shoes.
