Very good report with great service and cleanliness. Very mannerly employees. Location a little far out but beach and pools are great.

Great service, clean rooms and restaurants. Amazing service by wait staff and pool bar staff...Willy & Angel were great in engaging conversation. The waiters at the restaurant were great got us anything that we needed would definitely recommend

every single staff member was super friendly. We got a great upgrade on our room, so I really appreciate the lady at the check-in desk. entertainment at the hotel was great! drinks were good and everyone always made sure you’re well taken care of. it was a very pretty hotel and had nice gym area. Food was delicious. No complaints there. The only thing is I guess the season that we went in the ocean was not great and full of sargassum so we couldn’t go in the water. you are also an hour away from downtown so something to keep in mind

The buffet could improved by offering different food choices each day. The bedroom was very clean and well maintained but the pillows could be more comfortable. Overall we had a good experience with the resort
