Riu Palace Costa Mujeres

We had a great experience! Dining with Rita and Arnold were memorable experiences for all of us. Luigy treated us very well at the bar and appreciated it greatly. Thanks for everything!

this is the second riu resort our family of 9 has been to; including grandparents, 20-30s couples, and children below the age of 10. staff is so sweet and kind; especially miss Rita in buffet dinning service and luigy at the riu resort right next door in the riu resort dunabar; was very nice to be able to go between resorts since we were staying at costa mujeres riu. great activities at the pools and many kids. pools without kids and more quiet if desired. would come back.

Rita our waitress was amazing! Food and service spectacular all the way around. Grounds were very clean.

It was a great stay especially with the service from the waitress Lita. She provided us with excellent service throughout our stay along with Alberto. There was a bit of a mishap with the boutique store where they failed to provide adequate service and charged me for something I didn’t want and failed to accommodate me later after I noticed the charge. Beyond that I had a great time!
