The resort overall was good for the money, the food was decent, u could find something everyday to eat while there, I feel they could have hade more entertainment for the ppl especially those around my daughters age(16) just to keep them feeling engaged too or add a teen club type place or arcade type things, last but not least they need a all u can eat buffet after 10PM bc just warming up hotdogs,burgers and sandwiches is not the deal👍🏾😂😂😂😂

In general very good new hotel, solid 4*. We only go to Riu hotels in Caribbean so know what to expect. Good food, something for everyone although not hot enough for my liking. (I'm sure it's up to food standards) Grounds are nice, will be better when mature more. Staff is always cleaning, pruning, doing something. Bar staff couldn't do enough for you. will always try to accommodate you with your requirements. Lovely white sand beach with lifeguards on duty. It's next to public beach, but very safe and clean, police patrols it regularly. Plenty of sunbeds available everywhere, no need to reserve, but people still do it. Rooms are nice, spacious, AC noisy but effective. Hair/body wash, hair conditioner, hand soap provided in the bathroom. Plenty of towels, hair dryer. Cleaners should sweep/vacuum the floor first as mopping only, leaves foreign hair on the floor and in the shower, which is unsightly. Apart from that the cleanliness is good. Dining room service could be better, most of the time had to get our own drinks/coffee and/or water as nobody would come over, and sat with finished plates on the table for ages. Got an impression that staff is more attending to locals. Might be a language barrier, don't know. Would definitely go back in few years when whole place matures a little bit, as I like the grounds to be more lush.

We had a room with a swim out pool. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was large and clean as well. There was plenty of storage for my wife and I. We really enjoyed our little private pool and patio area which included two chairs, two lay down beach chairs and and umbrella. The water was a little chilly but we did have a few days of rainy and cloudy weather. I will say the rooms that have the pools that face the ocean are quite windy which made the chilly water a bit cold. The rooms had a beautiful view but must be in a bit of a wind tunnel because it's always windy. Overall we really enjoyed the room. Now the food on the other hand not so much. The food was average at best and that's being generous. Even the restaurants were disappointing. Almost every night we ate at a restaurant we went to the buffet after to try to find some food to fill ourselves up. Another negative for me was there was really a lack of entertainment at the resort especially at night. They did have a few theme parties but these were at other resorts so you had to take a shuttle there and back so we didn't participate in those. The resort does have several pools on the property which we didn't use since we had our own pool but the other pools never looked too crowded. There always seem to be a good amount of chairs available at the pools and beach. Rooms - positive Staff - positive Pools - positive Cleanliness - positive Buffet Food - negative Dining food - negative Entertainment - negative Overall we had a good relaxing time but we wouldn't do this resort again.

The hotel was clean and the layout was great. The service was impeccable at the bars, check in, restaurants, and activities. I used the gym and took an exercise class. The pools were clean and there was ample space in and around the pool. The food was a little bland but I could always find something to eat. I absolutely loved the silent disco party. It was a highlight event for us. The towel cards were annoying and the beach wasn't very usable as the flags were red all week and the seaweed was excessive. However, I would recommend the resort.

The food experience definitely needs improvement. Even with a reservation for steak, I waited an hour and a half, and the dish arrived cold. The other restaurants were just okay, nothing memorable. Also, having appetizers and desserts served buffet‑style inside the restaurant really diminished the feeling of a proper sit‑down meal.
