Royalton CHIC Suites Cancun Resort & Spa

The location of the hotel was about a 35 minute commute Once you reach the hotel, the lobby area is bright and clean. Staff are there to greet you. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained I found mine very clean I didn’t have any problem at all with the noise level All loud music was contained to the third floor I did enjoy the amenities of the spa and gym, which again was a great experience I would say that I didn’t like all of the additional costs, even when being part of the diamond club. Example 16 floor roof top pool. I did find that I got the value for the cost due to the great food, excellent staff throughout the whole resort Monse and Daniel were exceptional in answering all questions and providing a relaxing vacation while they took care of all details

I had an exceptional experience thanks to Arturo and Marisol outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, responding to every request quickly and always with a warm, friendly attitude. What stood out the most was the genuine care they showed when I became sick during our stay. They checked in on me every day to see how I was feeling and made sure we had everything we needed. That level of kindness and compassion made a difficult situation so much easier and meant more than I can express. They also kept us informed about hotel activities, local events, and available excursions, making it easy to enjoy everything the hotel and the city had to offer. Their thoughtful recommendations and consistent communication helped make our trip memorable. The combination of exceptional hospitality, rapid response to requests, and sincere concern for their guests truly sets this team apart. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning. I'm formally requesting that they take care of me when I revisit November 18 - 22, 2026.

Our Spacious comfortable room was nice, Check in process was a bit slow, even though I did pre- check in online. Room wasn't ready until 30 minutes after check-in time. There was a mixture of couples, singles, and groups. The pool activities were fun during the day catering to all ages. However, We were not impressed with the evening entertainment. Overall, I would say this resort is best for ages 21-40.

The customer service was impressive. What made it the best was Arturo and Marisol our butlers. The cleanliness was exceptional. Great spacious room and very clean. 10 minute walk to Coco Bongo and others. Diamond Club was very much worth it. I would recommend this hotel/resort for someone who’s looking to have a great time with at good looking beach.

We had a great time at Royalton chic! Santiago was amazing! The best towel guy ever he made the experience the best! The only thing I wish was for the diamond club to have more activities it felt like we were only paying for premium liquor it would’ve been nice to have a Dj over here as well.
