Royalton CHIC Suites Cancun Resort & Spa

This is my second stay here. I had a great time. I normally don’t do reviews, but if I feel like the service was exceptional, I don’t mind. I would like to highlight my beach server Ana. I encountered her for 3 days of my 6 days at this hotel. Her service was Superb. She kept the food and drinks coming with a smile . Thanks for making my birthday trip special Ana 🥰

We had the absolute best time. We stayed for a week, and got the diamond club upgrade. The food was great and all of our experiences with all the wait and service staff were incredible. Our personal butler Samara made the entire stay feel like a dream. Seamless communication throughout the entirety of our trip and even reminding us when we forgot to make dinner reservations(too much sun by the pool can have an effect on the brain 🥂😭) Jasmin, Yoni always welcomed us with a big smile. Jesus, Nelson, Martin all were wonderful taking care of us and a special shout to the entertainment crew Marduo and his lovely assistant Isablea. And how could I ever forget the best Miami Vice drinks made by Donnie. I've traveled all over the world, to many all inclusive and I have never had such a welcoming and exclusive time as my Wife and I had here. This is my first all inclusive resort. The staff here is amazing. As soon as you step onto the premises you are greeted by friendly and informative bell boys. Once you come into the building, you are greeted with smiling faces and get the sense that you are taken care of. As a worry traveler, this was amazing to let go of the mental load that can come with traveling overseas. Over at the Moonlight bar, you are greeted with smiles, jokes, and a drink that will stick with you created by Martín and Hugo. Gabriela looks out for all patrons and look out for her coworkers. If you get the chance, meet Angel L! He is friendly and feels like a friend you can depend on during your stay. Would you believe me if I said all this happened in the first day of the trip? For your next trip, you should definitely visit the Royalton Chic all inclusive adult resort. You will not be disappointed and feel like your money was well spent and valued.

Martin, Hugo, and Gabriela made my entire night. I had a delayed flight in early morning and wasn’t able to check in my room (understandably so). They made jokes with me and the drinks were fantastic. Gave wonderful suggestions on different drinks to try and I now have my new favorite. Thank you all. Angel was also a wonderful host from the start by giving a full tour of the hotel right from the lobby with discounts for different spots. Also can’t forgot the bellboys, very accommodating and always smiling.
