Royalton CHIC Suites Cancun Resort & Spa

Spent 5 days at Royalton Chic in March 2026. Had a blast, the hotel does and a great job with activities and parties. This is a true party hotel, complete with bottle and hookah service at the pools. One of the nicest pool/beach areas in Cancun. Service was very good, shout out to Iran and Alfonso who helped a ton as our butlers. The one downside is the food. Most is merely ok. The steakhouse was pretty decent, so I would recommend eating there every night.

The vibe team at the hotel was amazing. Especially Alex, Marco and Diego. Made the stay at the hotel very memorable.

The hotel was exceptional, the staff were exemplary, Christofer at the Dream bar deserves a raise, he worked hard every day. The food in all restaurants was fantastic, such a wonderful experience.

We had a great trip at Royalton Chic! The hotel is beautiful, has great amenities, and the beach is amazing. But by far the highlight for us was the service provided by our butlers Daniel and Stef! They went above and beyond every day, were incredibly attentive, and made our stay feel so special. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our trip unforgettable!

Esair, our beach butler was fantastic. As well as our butler Iran, and other staff Hugo, Sosa, Alejandro, and so many others...the vibe team I think Katherine and Paul? Kevin our beach waiter....Anyway the service and friendliness is so great here. All the staff do an amazing job at making sure all your needs and wants are attended to.
