Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun

We had diamond club, our butlers Oscar and Nestor went out of their way every day to make sure we had an amazing stay! They stayed on top of finding us bottled water so we could make our 7 month olds formula!

Such a great experience. We were here 10 years ago and it was even better this time around. The pools were great, food was excellent and service was amazing!

We had the best staff that helped make our vacation amazing: David, Eduardo & Mauricio…can’t say enough good things about them. Resort was wonderful also :)

Really disappointing experience. The staff is pretty bad, rude, and unprofessional. From our room not being ready at check in, to the bell boy Aaron refusing to help with our room, then refusing to get a manager. Overall none of the staff cared we kept having bad experience over and over again. No manager ever reached out to us. The food was average to bellow average. Room service tasted stale, and our experience at Hunter Steakhouse was terrible. We waited an hour and a half for our entree because our waiter went home.. The food places by the pool were closed our whole stay which was disappointing. Nibbles closed and the food truck was only serving one thing. Overall very disappointing experience. If you saved up money all year for a trip like we did, don’t spend it here.

It started off horrible from the berry get-go. I tried to check in 4 hours early 2 hours early 1 hour early and then never would let me kept telling me that I needed more than 1 hour's notice. Even when I tried 4 hours prior. Got to the front desk they refused to give us our rooms. One guy said they were ready. The other person said they were not ready. Made us walk around for an hour and a half doing nothing. Sitting in the heat. The hot the temperature. The food was very mediocre. Your staff service is not very helpful. They would just point you in a direction and tell you that's where it is. But there's no signage to tell you where you were going hospitality room restaurants. None of that stuff. You had to ask four or five people before you could get a straight answer. I will never stay at this place again and I'm in hotels about 200 nights out of the year.
