I have visited this property over 5 times. Every single time Ximena and the staff receive me and my family/friends with such great services. Every single time, we feel so welcome. Any help we needed during our stay the butlers and staff were there to help and ensure our stay was great. Ximena, Humberto, Eduardo and Marlon always provide great services!! This property has become a family vacation destination, and we cannot wait until we come back in October 2027.

Was here for a wedding with a very large group, and getting dinning reservations was getting stressful. Estrella Ramirez was able to help us set up reservations and navigate the system. If I could give her individual 10 stars she has earned them 100x over.
