Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun

We had a great experience with a party of seven. The service was phenomenal and the food was delicious. It was nice to see the upgrades that were made. We have been coming here for over ten years and those renovations were very apparent. Shout out to the Royalton Fit crew, especially Edgar who ran some truly challenging aqua fit classes. We can’t enough kind things about our Butler Michelle who routinely handled all of the requests made by our family. There were a few minor issues during the stay but Michelle got it taken care of quickly. We will be back. Diamond Club was well worth the investment. Most of our time was spent at the pool nearest to our room. Juan was overseeing the area and took fantastic care of us. We had a group of seven people and each morning he had our Bali Beds all set up and extra chairs for our daughter and two friends. Juan was super personable and friendly. Definitely made our trip far more enjoyable!

We had such a great stay at Royalton Riviera Cancun and truly loved every minute of our trip. What really made the experience exceptional were our butlers, David and Enrique. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their help made our vacation feel seamless and extra special. Our kids also had the best time at the kids club thanks to Jazmin and Dani. There were so many fun and engaging activities, and it gave us peace of mind knowing they were having such a great time in a safe and welcoming environment. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

We are still staying at the hotel, so I will complete a full review later. Staying in Diamond Club, however unable to use Diamond pool thus far. 4 days. Sun loungers all reserved by guests towels before 9am. I'm on holiday not at work, so I refuse to get up at 7am to grab a sun bed. Pool rules clearly say no reserving of sunbeds but hotel makes no effort to enforce this so same guests get sun loungers every day and like myself others are left to scramble for a bed at main pool, where the problem is similar. Pool manager refuses to add additional beds and refers you to use windy beach.

This is our fourth time visiting and our butlers, Rodrigo and Alberto made every day memorable and enjoyable. They took care of all of our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was everything we wanted it to be.
