Honestly, the most beautiful resort we’ve been to. They provide exceptional service from the minute you step onto the property to the time you have to leave. It’s like walking around the jungle with iguanas, coatis, and tropical plants everywhere you look. Each meal we had was special with options for vegetarians and vegans. Highly recommend the turtle swimming activity right at the resort - shoutout to Alan and Oscar for guiding us and Andrea for going out of her way to make it happen. Maria at the Coco Cafe made us smile every morning and was patient while we tried to speak in Spanish. Carlos led a fun and memorable bike tour around town. Reyna, our concierge, took extra special care of us. David at Portofino and Rafael at Himitsu restaurant were the best servers while Isaac always checked in with us at the pool. Thanks to all the staff for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to go back!

Overall, a lovely resort and relaxing atmosphere. The resort itself is clean and really pretty, but be prepared to get lost. The foliage is so prolific, you can't see where you are trying to go. A few reasons I am knocking the rating down to 4 stars: 1. Restaurants: We had a few bad experiences, including mislabeled allergens on a menu (parsley was listed as celery), which caused half our group to need to leave the restaurant. We also had slow service (2+ hours for dinner) at multiple restaurants, and some subpar food. 2. Travel to the resort: It was an hour and a half shuttle from the airport, which felt exhausting after all day of travel already. 3. Location of Room at Resort: We stayed in building 9, which could feel loud at night because weddings and the event stage were in the same building. There was also a lot of seaweed at the beach and in the water, which made it a little less enjoyable, but was still a great time. Call out to our building butler, Reyna, who always helped answer questions and made our stay special! Also loved the service from Jose and Alejandro on the beach!!

Absolutely AMAZING experience! The food was incredible, the drinks were top-tier, and the service truly went above and beyond. We had the time of our lives and are already trying to plan our next trip back! The rooms were beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. I haven’t slept that well in a long time. A special shoutout to Alan for hosting the poolside games and beach volleyball. So much fun! Carlos and Anthony kept everyone entertained with hilarious poolside games like Bingo. Felipe was hands-down the BEST server we could’ve asked for during our last full day at the cabanas. So kind, genuine, and easy to talk to. We already miss him! And lastly, Santiago took such great care of my husband and me during breakfast at the Market Café. He was attentive, friendly, and made our mornings even more enjoyable. Emmanuel, the server at the new Greek restaurant, was incredibly accommodating, sweet, and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with my gluten allergy, even bringing me my own special bread and spreads so I didn’t feel left out. That kind of thoughtful gesture goes a long way, and I can’t express how much I appreciate it. 5/5 stars! The hotel overall was extremely accommodating to my gluten allergy. Everything was clearly labeled, and every server we encountered was knowledgeable and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. The service here truly exceeds expectations. If you're looking for the best all-inclusive in Riviera Maya/Cancun, this is the place!

Fantastic Vacation... This resort was pleasantly unexpected for the grounds and surroundings. This is not your usual resort with just a few palm trees. The staff were amazing for their service. I can't recommend this resort more, you will not be disappointed.... Already planning on a return trip.
