The Fives Beach All Senses Inclusive

As a frequent guest at The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences, I always look forward to returning, and this stay reminded me exactly why we chose this property. The resort is beautifully maintained, the grounds are lush and tropical, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing from the moment you arrive. The suites are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Housekeeping does an excellent job and everything feels clean and well cared for. The variety of restaurants and food options is also impressive — there’s something for everyone and the quality has been consistently good. The managers of these restaurants go above and beyond to accommodate your every need One of the highlights of the resort is the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and clearly focused on making guests feel welcome. Their attention to service really adds to the overall experience. Pedro the tennis professional is awesome and making you a better player both with skill development and strategy. The beach, pools, and walking paths throughout the property make it easy to spend the day relaxing without ever feeling crowded. It’s a great balance of luxury and comfort. We’re very happy to be guests here and look forward to many more visits. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful and enjoyable stay in the Riviera Maya

Great staff.. Everyone was really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Big rooms (penthouse) Bed could of been more comfortable though. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at the Beachfront for 2 weeks. You will have a hard time finding a more beautiful place to relax. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The ambassadors delivered a bucket of ice each afternoon as we returned from a day in the sun. We especially enjoyed having a cocktail on our patio before getting ready for dinner. There is live music during the dinner hours that stops by 9 pm so your peace is not disturbed in your room. The restaurant is excellent. We also enjoyed the activities next door at the sister resort The Fives. There are additional restaurants there for variety. It's literally less than 5 minutes away walking or the shuttle. I loved the massages included in our package. My husband and I both had a mani/pedi at the spa. A stay at The Beachfront will not be your usual vacation.

I had a great experience at the Fives Beach Hotel and Residences. The check-in experience went smooth. I was the guest of an Epic Travelers Member. Staff was very welcoming. They knew my name and remembered it throughout my stay. The room was spotless clean. Water and a large supply of beverages were provided. Plenty of clothing storage space. I was impressed with the housekeeping service. They were in the room several times a day, refreshing the towel/beverage supply, closing blinds in the evening. The grounds were amazing! Fun to walk around the jungle area and fun to see the monkeys and Coati’s. Staff worked hard to keep all the areas looking great. So much to do. A large variety of pools were available, including pools for kids, adults only and club members. Many restaurants offering a large variety of foods. All foods were beautifully prepared and presented. The ice cream shop shop was a bonus. Most all food and beverage was free for all-inclusive plan members Which was a great value. The large patio proved to be a great meeting area during the day. The evening entertainment was beyond expectations. The resort also provided several extra events including a lunch event and special Mexican dinner eventbwith a large variety of food options. What impressed me was the friendliness of the resort staff members. So many staff wishing me “good morning”. The Epic Travelers ambassadors were continually helping my friends book massages, pedicures, and special events. They were readily available to provide help. My experience at the Fives Beach Hotel and Residences is one I will long remember and will be anxious to return.

This was our 4th time back, and I love it more & more each time. I came on this trip for my anniversary/birthday/bachelor(ette) party, so it was a 3-in-1 trip for us, a group of 13 people, and it was many people in our group’s first time there, and they all loved it so much that they want to come back! We booked 2 3 bedroom suites and it was so spacious that we could have fit 2 more people in each suite! It was so comfortable. They have some of the best food that I’ve had at an all inclusive resort and the service of all the employees is above and beyond. The cleanliness and room service, the housekeeping, everything is amazing. Such good energy going on in this resort. I would choose this location every time.
