The view was mesmerizing, the food was good, and the service was incredibly friendly and courteous

Took our adult children on a family vacation here and had three swim up rooms for the week. Felt like we had a private villa. Our butler Daniela took care of everything we needed and made our stay perfect. We were treated so well in the restaurants and the meals were wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about this beautiful resort. It was our second visit this year (first just as a couple) and we made memories that will last a lifetime.

We've been to about 20 all-inclusive resorts including four other Adult-Only resorts -- JOIA, Valentin Imperial Maya, Royal Hideaway, and Privilege Aluxes on Isla Mujeres. CHECK-IN was excellent. Lilly explained all facets of upgrade options and got us checked in very quickly. We declined the upgrade as it would have been approximately $700. BREAKFAST/LUNCH BUFFET - food presentation at buffets is lovely — while the options are similar each day, we thoroughly enjoyed each meal. The servers work extremely hard, as it seems the resort is short-staffed in some restaurants and around the pool area (servers set, serve and clear every table). Victor in Caprichio is wonderful! CLEANLINESS Resort is SPOTLESS. Grounds and rooms are immaculate as are the beach and the pools. Groundskeepers work tirelessly keeping the landscaping gorgeous around the resort. The lobby and common areas are beautifully manicured. Restaurants are spectacular with endless interesting design features - truly above and beyond in terms of decor and architecture!! Beach/Pool Loved the beach — no swim shoes necessary - never stepped on a rock the entire week. Main pool is well maintained and very clean. Activities/Entertainment Honestly wish TRS had more pool sports. One day there were at least 150 young adults in the pool, playing beer pong, throwing a ball, etc. would have been perfect to have a volleyball or water polo in one section - not sure why TRS doesn’t allow this as other high-end adult-only resorts do, including JOIA and Valentin Imperial Maya. Gym The gym is amazing. Clean, strong A/C and well maintained with all the latest equipment. Rooms are gorgeous - really beautiful interior design and refrigerators are well stocked with drinks. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms because the air conditioning in 1214 (building one) didn’t work. After four nights with a dehumidifier and night sweats, we switched to 1108 where the A/C worked, but made a long squealing noise during the night, so ultimately required a repair in that room also. Other than the A/C issues - everything was perfect. Housekeeping did a great job and our butlers Jimmy and Benji were awesome helping us navigate the A/C issues and reservations. Food We are picky/healthy eaters and genuinely enjoyed the food - always plenty of healthy, clean options and beautiful presentation. Loved the gelato carts, fresh sushi, salmon entrees, salads and all the fresh veggies and fruit. Wonderful selection at all restaurants. A la cartes Food in the ala cartes is wonderful. Especially enjoyed Bhogali, (Esmeralda was an excellent server) Gaucho, Adelita, and the hibachi. Coffee shop is a must-see - it’s amazing!! Location About 45 minutes from the airport. Beach is fabulous - plenty of seats available every day. Tips/Tips Bring drink containers with lids to enjoy cold drinks in the pool and plenty of $1/$5 for tips. They are appreciated by staff. Shout-outs to exceptional employees: Daniel at the pool bar - knew our orders after one day! Butlers Jimmy and Benji bent over backwards to help us navigate air-conditioning issues and secure dinner reservations at every restaurant! Jimmy is also very personable and we enjoyed talking with him. Victor in Caprichio Esmeralda in Bhoghali NOTE TO FELLOW GUESTS -PLEASE USE AIRPODS IN RESTAURANTS. Was enjoying lunch at Caprichio's one day when the couple next to us begAN watching Netflix WITHOUT AIRPODS - just as the table next to them is on a FaceTime call, also WITHOUT AIRPODS. Felt like we were in a high school cafeteria — when did this become ok???

This trip was so amazing we never wanted to leave! The location was beautiful and the staff were friendly and always helpful. The food and activities were excellent and we wish we had more time in the day to do them all! Shoutout to our butlers Christopher and Jose for going above and beyond for making our stay more welcoming and enjoyable. Me and my husband will definitely be back!

Henri truly made our experience a very special one! We are here celebrating our one year wedding anniversary as we got married at this resort a ago, and we plan to come back due to the excellent service that is provided by us, just like people like Henri!
