TRS Coral Hotel

Second time at TRS Coral and this time is just as good as the first time. Excellent poolside service from all the servers, but particularly from Ulises. Great food and so many nice spaces all over the resort.

Our butler, Jose, went above and beyond to make sure our trip went as smooth as possible.

Location was great.. Atmosphere was awesome room and value was top of the line.. cleanliness we're very neat people so there were times we had the service button on snd being out of our room 4 hours with no service was frustrating.. but for the most part of our vacation they came..noise level was ok but after 10 pm gravity amps up their bst i guess and that u can hear clear as day in my room.. the amenities top of the line..it was my honeymoon anything i feel i wanted i got .. my butler Bart went above and beyond..thank you TRS For the stay !

Phenomenal crew! Had the best time ever!

At arrival our room had a few issues, nothing major but it was fixed quickly. As far as the food it left a lot to be desired. As a Mexican the ceviche is not spicy especially the agua chile. It's in the name, had no spice. And although it's a Spanish hotel have more typical and traditional Yucatequen and Mexican would be appreciated. The music is horrible. Too much euro techno music. It wouldn't kill you to mix it up. The staff made our stay incredible. We want to thank all staff for such wonderful hospitality. Jimmy was amazing as well as Jazmin.
