property and location were great. can’t get dinner reservations without going through your butler but you can only contact your butler through WhatsApp. I got maybe 2 replies from ours the entire trip. Needless to say we were walking into every restaurant at dinner to see who could seat us (only the buffets had room) so we didn’t have one nice dinner/reservation our entire 4 day stay.

Soto, Leo and Alan offered an amazing experience in the guacamole course. So happy with the service, the energy they brought was fantastic. Would very much recommended. The provided everything we needed, guided us and offered us so much information on the origins of the fruit

Overall Service was horrible. They tried to charge us for a door where you could tell the humidity was peeling the paint back, but they were trying to charge us $900. They were so rude. They could never because their reservation for dinner.
