TRS Coral Hotel

Overall, my stay at TRS was disappointing and did not meet expectations for the level of accommodations advertised. The check-in process was extremely slow, and the overall experience lacked consistency with what was promised. The property itself appeared old, worn, and only superficially cleaned. Cleanliness throughout the resort was below standard, including the swim-up area, which did not feel properly maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough, making the stay uncomfortable. Customer service was also lacking. Most staff members were not friendly or engaging, and interactions often felt unwelcoming. Very few employees smiled or made an effort to create a positive guest experience. Unfortunately, this was not a good overall experience, and I would not recommend or consider returning based on the quality of the accommodations, cleanliness, and service received.

The resort is mediocre at best. The food is below average and the service is mid. The staff were friendly and our butler was great and very attentive. The waiters and service staff seemed to cater more to a certain demographic while ignoring others. Our swim up pool was very disappointing as it was full of bird feces, as well as the wall surrounding it. They have huge iguanas all over the property therefore, if you’re not a reptile fan, this is not the place for you.

TRS Coral was a great experience. The amenities are nice but the staff really made this place stand out. We attended Chef Soto's ceviche class with Leo as the activity director and it was a riot. The rest of our stay Chef Soto was so attentive when seeing not only us but others he recognized it was a great touch. Oscar at Gaucho was the absolute best during our private dinner. I will one hundred percent be back thanks to Chef Soto and our butler Sofia who really made us feel special during our trip.

Loved my stay at TRS Coral in Cancun location! Our room , all the staff, beach, etc has been amazing! These pictures were taken from the sushi making class, such a fun experience.
