TRS Coral Hotel

My family and I eat at Helio’s for lunch each day due to the friendliness, attentiveness and delicious food. The manager, Linda, the chef, and the waiter Israel were amazing. Your water glasses are filled. The watermelon salad was wonderful and refreshing and the shrimp with coconut and lime sauce something I’ve never had before, was incredible. Come and experience, Helios. It will not disappoint!

Our lunch at Helios was incredible today, as it usually is. The special shrimp ajio prepared for us by chef Fernando was delicious! The wait staff, Israel, and Linda (manager) made this meal a memorable experience! Our mozzarella and fig salad is awesome, as well as the guacamole made tableside. And of course, a great selection of gelato is a perfect ending to an incredible meal!

The trip started off with some opportunities that the staff was quick to fix. The staff everywhere were awesome at TRS Coral. We had an amazing butler, Freddy, who made sure that we had everything that we needed. Jorge at the TRS pool was the best. He was quick, remembered our orders every day and had a smile every time we saw him. Carlos at the sushi restaurant was another amazing staff member. We also had great service at the Bali beds by the Baliboys, Manuel Friaz, Damian, Ladis, Lorenzo and Jorghino. We came for my wife's birthday and everyone of the staff members listed made her feel special.

So far so great. First day here. Check in was smooth and very friendly with Priscilla. The staff who helped with luggage were very gracious. And room service was excellent as was Eduardo who went above and beyond. I am looking forward to the rest of my stay.

My husband and I just traveled to TRS Coral and it was a nice trip. We did get a chance to relax which was our main goal for the trip. PROS: The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Our Butler Misael was super nice and very attentive. Whenever we needed him, he came immediately. Overall the staff was good and very polite. The food in the restaurants was absolutely delicious! CONS: Trying to upsell as soon as we arrived. If I inquire about an item that has a separate cost that is one thing, but if I didn't ask please don't try to "push" me into a spa package or a cabana at the pool. Telling guests that they can attend a 1 hour presentation to learn about the anniversary of the property when in reality it is a 4-5 hour vacation package presentation that costs as much as buying a new house. All the good nightlife is on the family side and is not advertised daily. None of the room requests were honored (i.e. pillow type, mini bar swaps, liquor preferences) even with completing the e-butler request prior to arrival.
