TRS Coral Hotel

Great experience with Chef Soto and Sexy Rosie! Fun and easy.

Overall a 9/10. It's one of the better resorts I've been to. PROS...Above average food for an all-inclusive resort, the beach was perfect, multiple pools to chose from (you can go over to the Grand Palladium family side), we didn't have to fight for chairs at any of the pools or ocean at any time of the day (nobody was saving chairs for the day at 7:00am like you get sometimes), very good fitness center, extremely nice property design and landscaping, our butler Eladio was fantastic and all the staff were very nice. They do have golf carts that run often to take guests around if you don't want to walk. The CONS: almost no shelving/drawers in the rooms for your clothes, poor lighting in the bathroom and entrance area, very difficult/confusing light switches/buttons, big property (considring the whole Grand Palladium) so you can have long walks in the heat to get from your room to some the restaurants. The Grand Palladium family side was not busy at all so we took advantage of all their pools, restaurants and activities that we had access to in addition to our TRS Coral adults-only side. This is the best way to do it if it's not too busy.

Rooms have bad smell. But humidifier was brought in to help. Food was ok. Not alot of chicken options for non pork or beef eaters. Ivan the butler was very attentive. A night time pool assess for the adults would be great. Spa was a 10/10 highly recommended

Brayn, our concierge, was phenomenal! He took care of every need. We would come back just for him!

Erick and Alberto at the Gravity Bar are fantastic! They made me feel so special on my birthday.
