Love carpe diem animation team. The entertainment team has kept everyone busy and very welcoming. The only issue has been the journey from the airport to the hotel. It was a long journey with children

The resort is big , lot of pools . The beach is pretty nice . The main Eat restaurant is ok for a huge catering . On the taqueria premium restaurant a bit of improvement is needed , it is a premium service after all . All in all , good experience

The resort is beautiful and interesting, and everything is conveniently accessible, from the moment you arrive at the resort gate to the reception, restaurant, and beach services. For an all-inclusive resort, the rating is absolutely justified. There are two beautiful and clean swimming pools for adults, as well as one children’s pool, with a bar located right next to the pools. The sea is wonderful, and the beach is sandy. What I liked the most is that there is plenty of space on the beach. The sun loungers are sufficiently spaced out, giving you plenty of room and privacy — almost 4 meters between each lounger. The food is decent for a 4-star resort. For a 5-star resort, I would expect much more, but there is enough variety to satisfy everyone. The pool bar is much better for drinks and cocktails, because, for example, the beach bar makes mojitos without mint. The cleanliness of the rooms is decent. It is not perfect, but it is satisfactory. The entertainment program is good, with something different every night. This resort is clearly designed for families with children, and the little ones can really enjoy themselves here. One thing that could be improved is providing guests with information about the hotel’s daily entertainment and activities, such as a weekly schedule of shows and events. We often did not know what was happening on which night. This could definitely be organized better. The bathrooms are also quite small for my taste. They are functional and sufficient, but still small. Sometimes there can also be a strange smell coming from the ventilation, but overall, it was not a major issue. For children, there are small electric cars they can ride around in. However, the two employees operating them were, in my opinion, far too childish in their behavior. The young man was behaving immaturely, while the girl with him seemed to be playing the role of a “boss lady.” At one point, they were chasing each other and throwing bottles at each other in front of guests whole the guest waited for the change of money, behaving more like children than staff who was working there, they were teenagers. Of all the staff, they were definitely the least appropriate in terms of behavior for a resort of this standard. Apart from that, the rest of the staff were excellent — very helpful, friendly, smiling, and always willing to assist. Overall, on a scale from 1 to 5, my rating is 4.5/5.

Staying here at the moment, 3rd day and have Montenegro tummy, non of the food is kept very warm even though on hotplate, some staff very rude and dismissive... when questioning the supervisor it was because they work hard! Yes and so do we to be able to afford a holiday! No milk provided by housekeeping for drinks and was told by lobby staff we were to ask housekeeping for milk!!!. Entertainment lacking in all areas. One pool attendant trying to keep up with 200+ holiday makers. collecting tumblers and delivering orders she's lovely and helpful, mama very helpful and so is 1 of the receptionist.
