Art Hotel

Beautiful hotel, sraff extremely helpful. Nice breakfast selectionand central location.

We enjoyed our two night stay here, in this welcoming and modestly priced hotel, with some interesting art on the walls. Close to the town square, the river and the old cathedral quarter, it was a very convenient place to stay. Recommended.

We booked two rooms at this hotel, both were clean and generous sized. The beds were two singles pushed together which wasn’t great but overall, were comfy. We didn’t eat in the restaurant area but did use the bar. There were never any other people in it, on any evening. It wasn’t advertised as a bar either no comfy seating anywhere. We felt like we were sat in a closed restaurant however the lady behind the bar was lovely and how she kept herself occupied I will never know. The people on reception were friendly and welcoming apart from a couple of youngsters who when we answered their hellos in polish we felt like they laughed at us. Said something to each other that we couldn’t understand and laughed again. Bit off putting and felt unkind. That was the only negative thing I could say about this hotel. I would recommend it if any friends were staying in Wroclaw but will stick to the English language in future

The hotel is located just behind the huge Garnizonowy Church by the Rynek. It is very central with easy access to the main attractions of this magnificent city. There are two entrances with one providing disabled access. The reception area is relatively small although very open and airy. Look into the restored old lift at the back for a glimpse into history. The check-in was efficient and swift. Our Superior Room on the first floor was facing Kiełbaśnicza Street and the corner of the Church. It as of good size, with large wardrobe and spacious chest. Beds were on the smallish side although quite comfortable. Lighting was good with plenty of side lamps provided. TV had only one English-speaking channel: Bloomberg. The bathroom was of standard size, with bath tub and integrated shower. There were no courtesy toiletries provided apart from shampoo and soap in dispensers. Water pressure was on the low side. The free slippers were rather flimsy. There was a safety box and tea and coffee-making facilities. Water was provided as well as paid-for mini bar in the fridge. We dined in the restaurant and both the food and the wine selections were outstanding. By far the best of what we’ve encountered in the city over our long-weekend stay. Breakfast was standard with cold and hot dishes varied daily. There were some tasty Polish specialities on the menu that we particularly enjoyed. The staff, particularly at the reception, were just lovely: friendly, helpful and efficient. This was our second visit to this hotel and we were still very happy with it. Keep up the good work!

I stayed here for 2 nights on a short break. Its a beautiful hotel within a characteristic building located less than 2 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is spotless and very welcoming. The bed is soooo comfortable with a luxury duvet. Only gripe was the shower. It would be improved with a static rainfall showerhead also the temperature fluctuated in use. The toilet took repeated flushes just to remove toilet paper. I had dinner once which was delicious and breakfast was even better. I don't know how often I went back to replenish - especially the fresh fruit!
