Was a little worried about our trip. It was a (not so) cheap deal on Wowcher. The hotel is very clean. The rooms smell lovely. The double bed is more like 3/4 with a single duvet. I travelled with a friend and asked for a twin room. We were moved to a triple room on the top floor. It was huge. The bathroom was very clean. The shower hose holder wasn't very good, but the shower is so powerful with plenty of hot water. When I first turned it on, the hose went whizzing off the holder and span in the air. So it was a hand held from the on. The towels were beautiful and soft. Bedlinen and towels were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The tram is a 2/3 minute walk. Working out how to use it is a different matter, but we survived. Recommend the electric car tour. Very informative.

Booked and prepaid full amount one evening, next received cancellation without reason. Reception staff not helping. Directing for money return to online platform. No head office info also. Bad service for Wrocław.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was terrible. I spent 8 nights there (for 2100 PLN), and I feel obligated to warn others about this place. Breakfasts were an absolute disaster. Every meal required careful inspection to avoid eating something spoiled. The cherry tomatoes were more like "moldy tomatoes," and this wasn’t a one-time occurrence – it happened for several days in a row. Overall, the entire stay at this hotel could be compared to those tomatoes. I found a long hair in the cottage cheese, clearly belonging to one of the female staff members. Unfortunately, I couldn’t photograph everything – there’s no way to capture the smell of musty greens, stale bread, or sour milk. On top of that, the milk at another breakfast tasted like it had been spoiling for days (I didn’t try it again after that). As for the cold cuts, after what I had already seen, I was simply too afraid to even try them. I want to emphasize that I wasn’t looking for problems – these things simply happened. I can’t help but wonder what else could’ve gone wrong, because my overall experience was exceptionally poor. Besides the dreadful breakfasts, I also have to mention the very weak housekeeping service. For several days, I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, but once I removed it, the room still hadn’t been vacuumed. After reporting this (along with my complaints about the breakfasts), the room was eventually cleaned, but in a very sloppy way. After everything, the hotel tried to appease me with some chocolates, a piece of cake, and 100 PLN, clearly hoping I wouldn’t write a review like this. Oh, and I almost forgot – at 5:20 PM, hotel staff just walked into my room without knocking. They do it in less than a second, and the door can’t be securely locked – they walked in on me completely naked while trying to hand me chocolates :) Finally, I must mention that I had to request my invoice over three separate days before I finally received it.
