The hotel is beautiful, rooms too, clean etc., really close to town so no problem, all staff spoke great english and were so welcoming, Adam was the receptionist on the day i was leaving (21/03/26) , through the day he was absolutely amazing to talk to, advice for anything etc, and support when he saw me crying happy tears. This is the best place i’ve ever stayed and my first time in Poland, will come back. Thank you. And especially thank you Adam & housekeepers. From Room 41.

Booked this hotel based on good reviews and pricing. Firstly, have to mention the young guy that checked us in late on Thursday night. Very friendly and helpful. We didn’t get his name but he gave us a city map and took time to go through it with us and mark places of interest before telling us which bars were best to get a drink that evening. Pity there is no bar in the hotel. Would have been nice to sit in the evening of arrival with a drink without venturing out so late. Buffet breakfast was basic. Very little left when we went for breakfast at 9:10. Serving till 11am on weekends so thought we’d have more choice. Room was spacious. We were facing the front on the 5th floor. Quite noisy but not so much with tram noise but petrol heads in high powered cars. Didn’t realise this was such a big thing in Wroclaw. They are everywhere and drive like maniacs down narrow streets. Location is good. Walking distance to market square and next to the Royal Palace (city museum). Would stay here again if they had a bar and also ask for room not facing the front.

Perfect experience! Nice staff, excellent service, delicious breakfast and coffe! The main square is less than 5 min from the hotel.. and everything is nearby.. a store, kebab, money exchange, cafes and restaurants, etc. The hotel has prepared toys, towels and stuffed animals for our baby without us even asking and that was really nice of them! Our baby enjoyed it🥰

I echo the majority of the reviewers in terms of comfort and customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I particularly want to recognize Altia and Adam, both professional and going out of their way to answer all my questions. The hotel was spotlessly clean, both the room and the common areas, including the restaurant. The location was fantastic-within a walking distance to the Old Town and by a streetcar to other attractions like Tumski Island (beautiful and quiet part of Wroclaw), Centennial Hall and the ZOO.

The hotel is in a good location and is in nice condition. The issue is that the room i was in was far too hot. This has been mentioned in lots of reviews. The window cannot be opened and I had the fan (no air-con) on at the coldest setting and it was still to hot. I barely slept for two nights. I turned all heating down and after 1st night and it made no difference.
