Hotel Panorama

I always try to find something positive to say so i shall start with the friendly staff, and a very decent breakfast buffet in the morning. That’s about it, the room was tiny, the bathroom was a joke with the toilet bowl actually touch ing the wash hand basin stand……that translates into “…..it was not possible to sit on the toilet for a number 2…..” couple of days the room was not even cleaned or refreshed in any way. The internet connection didn’t work and we reported the issue every single day. Same for the TV not working, one remote was actually held together with gaffer tape…..twice we were told it had been fixed but to no avail. Location is ok as it is very close to tra sport links, but it is not central……:-(

We just didn’t like the it not what we were expecting room small reception 1 person friendly the best thing breakfast didn’t smile or be friendly lift was well very bumpy

Pleasantly surprised with helpful staff, location near city center and excellent breakfast service. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and offer great conditions for the price.

Room had a horrendous smoke smell even though it is meant to be a non-smoking hotel and displays a notice stating that you will be fined for smoking. We aired the room out for half an hour and the smoke smell didn't go away. You could smell it in the bed sheets so obviously not an isolated incident. Told that there were no alternative rooms even though there was apparently availability on line. Check-in staff member said he would get housekeeping to try and do something the next day but was visibly not surprised at what we had said. Smell was so bad that we checked out and went elsewhere. Staff on reception merely smirked at each other so again, clearly they weren't suprised. Booked through BedsOnline.com who are essentially saying that we are lying. Much better, more central accommodation to be found. Kraków is a lovely friendly city and I can thoroughly recommend a trip here just do not stay in this hotel! Very interested to see what comment If any the hotel posts against this review.

We spent business in Kraków and stayed in that hotel. It was cosy and nice. They have some office space, quick Internet but what I remember the best is the breakfast which were excellent. As it's winter it's important it was warm. They have also parking places at site, it was very convenient.
