Hotel Reytan

Location perfect for visiting friends. The tram system is a few yards away. Some staff speak more English than others. Some drinks and snacks available in reception which can be taken to your room or consumed in the lobby where there are some comfy chairs and sofas. Good efficient lift. Breakfast very good and plentiful setting one up for the day. Room tidy and clean, housekeeping staff friendly and will do as you ask. I found this very good value for money. I used a mixture of public transport and Bolt taxis, I was never let down. Good convinent place to stay ... I was visiting a friend who lived only 2 blocks away so perfect position. Will definitely stay here again.

24/7 service, a comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, and a kind, responsive staff that accommodated the special requests asked in advance.

What a fab hotel for the money! Lovely clean rooms, all newly refurbished to a high standard. Lovely staff and a great value breakfast with polish hot dishes. All round great hotel and awesome value for money.

The reception staff have no manners. Unhelpful when our tv wasn’t tuned in properly they couldn’t decide who was going to look at it and if there was anyone? The place was clean. But no where to have a drink other than your room but if you’re checked out hard luck.

The worst nights sleep and customer service experience in my life. Do not recommend, completely ruined our trip. The receptionist on Duty Paulina was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There are no lifts in this hotel so accessibility difficult for those with issues with stairs, a simple issue to fix however we had to speak to the receptionist for over an hour with her incredibly rude attitude she would not move 2 elderly ladies to the ground floor. The AC was also broken and noisy in our room to which they refused to fix it. The manager was unavailable to support or speak to. No apology was given, im shocked at her behaviour and shocked at this hotel
