A lovely small hotel/apartment within easy walking of the main street in town, and a lovely Polish restaurant very nearby. Great sauna and steam room facility, which we used most days. Staff were very friendly. Good car parking. The main reason for losing a point is it really could do with a lounge area and neither of us were particularly fond of the traditional Polish breakfast.

I stayed here with my daughter and son-in-law. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and the shared living spaces were very roomy and comfortable. Our apartment faced the street and we had access to a wonderful large deck. It's just a short walk into town. There is also plenty of parking area. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who also answered all of our questions.

We booked a room (booking.com)the night before and showed up early in the morning. They said something about problems with my credits card and that they were fully booked. I used the card before and after so there was no problem. A assume they messed up their bookings and blame there customers instead. If you check the reviews on google you find similar problems. If you don’t wanna risk to arrive in Zakopane and find out you have no room I recommend to choose another accommodation which is more reliable.

We finished our 4 day trek in on the high Tatras in Zakapone. The hotel is within walking distance from the city center. The apartments are very big and well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is also a Sauna in the complex. Breakfast is superb with many kinds of local dishes cold meats and cheeses. The staff is very helpful and fluent in English.

Rooms were very clean and modern . Small hotell but fast elevator. There was BBC and some other internationalTV chanals valid. Nice locationnot faraway from citycentre. Hotel staff is frendly .but not speak englishverywell.
