The service in breakfast very good specially with Miss Ibtesam

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton while visiting my brother, and overall I had a good experience. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast restaurant had a lovely view, and the staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. The main downside was that only half of the elevators were working, which caused long waits during the night, especially with events happening downstairs. Traffic outside the hotel also made getting an Uber difficult at times. I also visited the spa on 11 twice, but unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The massage therapist was over an hour late the first time, and during the second visit appeared to be highly intoxicated while pushing for extra services in exchange for cash payments, which. Which makes sense why their rates were low compared to outher Spa which is completely inappropriate for a five-star hotel environment. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay overall thanks to the comfortable rooms and excellent staff service especially from the restaurant and Housekeepers who were extremely helpful
