Had a wonderful breakfast experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented—definitely a great way to start the day. A special thank you to Ibtissar, who truly made the experience exceptional. Her warm smile, attentiveness, and professional service stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for both the quality of the breakfast and the outstanding service!

Dear double tree by hilton team, I would like to share my breakfast experience during my stay, i had amazing experience starting my check in time, professional front office team, great and huge room, and good breakfast option. And I would love to say thank you to mr.khalid ( the manager ) who taking care of us with warm smile, what a lovely guy. Will be back soon

Do not stay at this hotel! We stayed here during the airspace closure and were told by the staff that the additional nights would be covered by the government. We filled out all requested forms and were clearly told that reimbursement would happen automatically. Weeks later, we still have not received any money back. Since then, the hotel has only been giving excuses and shifting responsibility to Qatar Tourism instead of helping to solve the issue. It feels like they either never submitted our documents properly or simply do not want to take responsibility. Even after involving our embassy, nothing has happened. Very disappointing, unprofessional, and misleading experience. Be careful with any promises made here unless you get everything confirmed in writing.

Came for a chill afternoon but was even better thanks to my server jasper .he made the drinks served the drinks and took exceptional care of me during my time here
