As traveler who enjoys exploring new destinations and discovering unique hospitality experiences, my stay at **DoubleTree by Hilton Doha – Old Town** was a memorable one. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is perfectly situated near the **National Museum of Qatar**, making it an ideal choice for guests who want to explore the city’s culture, attractions, and heritage areas with ease. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all essential amenities for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were impressive, offering everything needed for both leisure and business travelers. Although the swimming pool is relatively small, the hotel provides a convenient beach shuttle service, which is a great added benefit for guests looking to enjoy the sea side The hotel also features two bars, providing relaxing spaces to unwind after a day of exploring. The spa experience was pleasant and added an extra touch of relaxation to the stay. The breakfast was well-organized, fresh, and offered a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Doha – Old Town is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to Doha’s key attractions. The combination of location, service, facilities, and hospitality made my experience enjoyable, and I would happily recommend it to guests looking to explore the city.

We booked this as part of a short layover in Doha. We were initially contemplating our old long term residence (Fraser Suites), but decided we wanted to keep away from familiar faces as we just wanted to rest. From arriving to check-out, the staff were wonderful and friendly, we arrived very early (6am) and were extremely tired and just wanted to relax and sleep, the front office Hilton Honours staff on duty (Rodney) was helpful and suggested an upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi that would allow us to unwind as we mentioned we were very tired. The hotel itself is just across the road from the Corniche and Museum of Islamic Art, and about a kilometre away from Souq Waqif (which is walkable in the evening but not in Doha heat during the day) The hotel had a good rooftop bar (came in Handy during the world cup and watching Morocco play) and onsite grill house (a bit pricey). Overall a good hotel with excellent service, will consider staying here again.
