DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Doha Old Town

Do not stay at this hotel! We stayed here during the airspace closure and were told by the staff that the additional nights would be covered by the government. We filled out all requested forms and were clearly told that reimbursement would happen automatically. Weeks later, we still have not received any money back. Since then, the hotel has only been giving excuses and shifting responsibility to Qatar Tourism instead of helping to solve the issue. It feels like they either never submitted our documents properly or simply do not want to take responsibility. Even after involving our embassy, nothing has happened. Very disappointing, unprofessional, and misleading experience. Be careful with any promises made here unless you get everything confirmed in writing.

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff’s attentiveness. From the moment I arrived they were eager to assist with any request, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay. Special thanks to Mr. Rifak and Mr. Naveen from room service for providing meals promptly and making my stay truly memorable. The entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality.

Dobleetree by hilton old town is the best hotel in doha . Amazing vibes, room are the awosome . Great values to stay , feels cool cuz its of its neatness and peaceful premises with extra amazing views of ocean. More shoutout to jasper of senor pico who served us very well during our presence . Again goona come soon.
