Fairmont Doha made my daughter’s 3rd birthday unforgettable. Breakfast on the 1st floor was amazing, the lifeguards truly professional. The rooms were spotless and beautiful, but what stood out most was the staff’s warmth especially Winne from restaurant reservations, who was outstanding, helpful, and so informative. I’ll definitely return for the great attitude and genuine care that made us feel at home.

To the wonderful hosts Mr. Duncan and Mr. Hitesh i good thing talk a father of hospitality. I hope your beautiful hospitality continues forever. Mr. Andrew, you are truly a man in paradise. Mr. Mosifff, the doctor of hospitality, and my dear Al Deeb — much love and respect to all of you. Mr. Santos from i learned a lot from you and God bless you. Will always miss you.

As a luxury Hotel Critique and Working in Medical and Hospitality Service i would Rate Fairmont Doha exceeded my Experience. 1.Guest Relation Service Team your service was warm and approachable, accomodating and considerate. as i arrived this was my first time.Mr.Aghiles answer all my inqueries like what are the best options upon check-in and giving all informations like restaurants, pool, gym and its service timings. in addition to that in asked and He and gave me a favor to delivered Complementary Amenity. also I appreciate Mr.Julius for being patient and answering all my phone calls and all department that i needed during my stay like Housekeeping, IT, Engineering and also he his calling back to double check if the tasks had been provided. while im waiting and standing, Mr. Marco came at the reception, initiated my to check-out. also Ms.Aiya approached and me asked hows my stay, i said t’was Excellent service. that kind of observation and busy on other Reception can cover and avoid service delays and gap. 2.Housekeeping Service i forgot his name, i asked for a trash bag in the reception in 1 -2 mins Housekeeping arrived and provided things i needed. As i am meticulous in cleanliness, I inspected my room wen i arrived and it was clean and neat and organized and ultimate 5 star. 3.Engineering Service as i requested to reception for engineering assistance Mr .Sharfodin came immediately and demonstrated and checked the bathroom. 4. Restaurant I had a breakfast in Vaya, Mr. Bader i met in the reception as He confirmed my name on the list, He informed me what kind of food they are serving, He shown to me the restaurant and the areas of the which variety it was located. Ms.Nadia her observation, listening ears quick service is absolutely a good character of a staff. commend the Pastry chef the Almond croissant is the best croissant I’ve ever tasted! Suggestions: Check to be keen to check the small details in the rooms. like hangger has dust in the dresser. the Electric curtain is not intact to the rail. however over all my experience in Fairmont was Amazing, Memorable and Remarkable keep up the good work.

Being a regular traveller I have to say I was not very impressed by the decanted iconic design of the hotel and I found many limitations as a guest (valet parking very slow, no waiting area for the guests while waiting for the valet, reception hidden while the entire lobby is not practically utilised, no beach access etc) However the staff at the breakfast (especially the Tunisian ladies and one Indonesian lady) there were very accommodating with us But Mahmoud the lebanese Assistant Manager in charge for the outdoor pool was the guy together with his staff that made our stay memorable, enjoyable, and relaxing, even though it was a very hot day him and his staff were always rounding, providing help, assistance and upselling without being pushy Definitely we will come back thanks to the beautiful people who made our stay enjoyable
