Most of the staff amazing. Catering staff during breakfast all very friendly and the Manageress (I am assuming due to dressing differently), mymuna(?) was very professional and took good care of the entire family. She also has excellent local knowledge and was able to direct me to a particular bookstore. There is a hotel buggy which can drop you off to nearby locations, very handy!

The ambiance was elegant, the cuisine was outstanding, and the service exceeded all expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Huda, whose exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made our evening unforgettable. She anticipated every need with grace and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Dome is fortunate to have someone like her. We will definitely return!
