The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout. Aiman from Alegria at reception was exceptionally friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and checking in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Kamal from housekeeping was also very kind and helpful, always quick to respond to our requests and making sure everything was taken care of promptly and with great attention to detail. Overall, the service was outstanding and the staff made the stay truly enjoyable.
