Staying at the Grand Hyatt in Doha has always been lovely as staff always go over and beyond to make you feel at home. We had access to the Club Lounge and their staff Prakriti and Gabriel were always friendly, and extremely thoughtful. We mentioned that we were on a staycation to celebrate our anniversary and pleasantly surprised with a chocolate cake delivered by room service and an extended late checkout. One of my all time favorite hotels in Doha.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas and truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the entire team. From the moment we arrived, Salma at check-in made us feel genuinely welcome with her professionalism, kindness, and smooth assistance. A special thank you as well to Gabriel and Prakarti at the Grand Club Lounge for the excellent service and friendly conversations throughout our stay. The lounge experience was relaxing, well-maintained, and added a very premium touch to our visit. During breakfast, Sager provided attentive and courteous service that made our mornings even more enjoyable. We also want to recognize all the friendly staff members we encountered — everyone consistently greeted us with smiles and made us feel valued as guests. The hotel amenities were excellent, from the beautiful facilities to the relaxing atmosphere, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. We especially appreciated the generous late check-out arrangement, which made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free for our family. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to staying again at Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas in the future.

The service was very good especially Prakriti and Gabriel at the Club lounge.. the food was delicious and nice portion today especially the chicken biryani, pasta, salmon was cooked perfectly.
