Nice expérience and great welcome by Mr Kabir who was very kind and professional.

Great place, very kid-friendly. Safe for kids. The staff is very patient (especially with toddlers!) and helpful. They have their own beach and indoor (as well as outdoor) kids playground. Breakfast is nice. The rooms are very comfy and clean, nothing will disturb you from rest. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was amazing loved it very much and we got cake qhen checking out and room service was amazing they care about what customers think and if they are having a wonderfull time the receptionists were very nice and welcoming and the helpers up front were really respectful very remcomnded.

I would also like to thank the entire hotel service team for their excellent hospitality, professionalism, and dedication. The level of service throughout the hotel was outstanding and greatly contributed to a pleasant and memorable stay. Abir and Samik Cha truly represent the high standards of hospitality that Grand Hyatt is known for. Their kindness, efficiency, and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed.
