Mahdi from Reception provided an outstanding level of service and represented the VIP Reception team exceptionally well. His professionalism, attitude, and excellent customer service were truly impressive. He deserves special recognition for his efforts and the positive impression he made.

A great place for a couple of nights layover! The staff were incredibly accommodating - from the front desk that helpfully rearranged our package to the Club Lounge staff Prakriti and Bikram who were wonderful , everyone was attentive and only took happy to oblige!

We stayed at Grand Hyatt Doha from August 20 to 22 and had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—the lobby is elegant, and the entire property has a very luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Our experience actually started before we even arrived. I made the reservation over the phone with Ms. Anna Javines, who was very helpful and made the process easy. When we arrived, check-in was also smooth and hassle-free thanks to Mr. Frew. Mr. Hukum was also very accommodating. We truly appreciated the kind gesture they made for my child, who was celebrating her birthday during our stay. It made the occasion feel even more special for her and for our family. The room was exactly what I had hoped for—nice, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing view as I had requested. Waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also enjoyed the pool and the other facilities around the hotel. Everything was well-maintained, and there was plenty for us to enjoy as a family. One of our favorite parts of the stay was spending time at the Grand Club Lounge. Prityiksha and Ibtissam were both very nice and accommodating, and their warm service made us feel welcome every time we visited. Breakfast was also really good. We especially enjoyed our experience at Santa Monica Breakfast Club, and I would like to give a special mention to Gladys, who was absolutely amazing. Her friendliness and service really stood out and made our breakfast experience even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt Doha. From the beautiful hotel and facilities to the amazing view, good food, and especially the wonderful people who took care of us, everything helped make our daughter’s birthday stay memorable. Thank you to everyone who made our stay special. We definitely enjoyed our time there and would love to come back again!

Our experience was great!!family friendly resort- staff very helpful and kind especially prakriti and Cherylle so professional( only 1 issue that there's no varieties at the club lounge the food is good but very limited) but overall it was great this is our 3rd visit and sure is not the last:)

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent atmosphere, excellent staff. Most caring and attentive hotel we have visited. We travel a lot and I can truly say best hotel yet. Thanks staff for a standard of excellence.
