Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas

Had an amazing stay and was made exceptional starting from check in by Hashib who made our stay experience very special. Also the staff Poonam and May at the Italian restaurant who were very attentive as I was loaded with the cold. Without asking, I was served hot water before I even had to ask! Incredible. I will definitely be back as soon as I can as I was blown away with how great the experience was.

Exceptional Staff Who Made My Stay Special I recently stayed at the hotel on my own, and I really want to recognise two members of staff who made a real difference to my experience: Mehdy at reception and Chandra in the Spa Suite. Mehdy was outstanding at his job. He was professional, welcoming and genuinely good at what he does. He made me feel welcome and comfortable, and his approach and attention to his work really stood out. It’s clear when someone takes pride in what they do, and Mehdy is a real credit to the hotel. I felt so welcome and nothing was too much trouble he helped make my stay a positive experience, and I feel he deserves special recognition. Chandra, in the spa, was equally wonderful. She was so attentive and thoughtful, regularly checking whether there was anything she could do for me or anything else I needed. She made sure I felt looked after, and her kindness and genuine care made the experience feel personal rather than simply part of her job. When you’re staying somewhere on your own, that extra warmth and consideration can make a real difference. Both Mehdy and Chandra went above and beyond in their own ways, and their approach is a wonderful example of genuine hospitality. I hope management recognises how valuable these two members of staff are. They are a real credit to the hotel, and I’m very grateful for the part they played in making my stay so memorable. Everyone in the hotel was lovely. I was visiting family in Qatar and we ?decided to eat in the hotels Thai restaurant. The food was good but service was disappointing. We ordered our drinks and waited 30 minutes for them and still hadn't ordered our food. I wouldn't have minded but the place was quiet. The hotel and grounds were immaculate. I mustn't forget to mention the staff at the main entrance. So courteous and kind. Security is excellent too. Beach is lovely. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for all youre hard work to make my time in Qatar even more special

Exceptional! The attention to customer service is fabulous. Abir checked us in and her attention to detail throughout our stay was exceptional. Hotel is beautiful, so clean with a fabulous beach and pools. Breakfast wonderful and service from Lani was first class. I would recommend the Club Service and Cheryll and her colleague were very welcoming, and offered a wonderful service. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel in a great location with exceptional customer service.

A huge thank you to Madhi for looking after my parents so well during their stay at the Grand Hyatt at Doha. They don’t speak English, but he was so patient, kind and always happy to help. He took the time to speak with me through their mobile phone, as I’m based in Australia, so I could help explain what they needed. It meant so much knowing they had someone so helpful looking out for them while I was far away. Madhi really went the extra mile and made them feel welcome and cared for. He’s a real credit to the Hyatt team. Thank you, Madhi—we truly appreciate everything you did!

This is the best hotel experience me and my family had in Doha. The rooms are spacious. There are multiple choices of activities for kids. The pools are nice and fun. My father is wheelchair bound, and we needed a little bit of extra care and help which we found at every step of the way. The best thing in this hotel is the staff. They are amazing, helpful and cheerful people. They would go out of their way to assist and make our stay more enjoyable and convenient. I would specifically like to thank Mr. Innocent, Mr. Bikram, Ms. Cherylle, and Mr. Prakash for being extra nice to us.
