Ashish was too good, i came to celebrate my friend’s birthday. He made sure everything is pleasant for us and made our experience super special.

I would like to thank Mr. Matias for the best experience he always offers us! As usual, he is very cooperative, caring and he became part of our family where we always feel comfortable dealing with him and providing us the best level quality. Also I would like to thank Mr. Sagor, in Santa Monica Breakfast Club for the best service he offers me and my kids while we were taking our breakfast. Also he has very good communication skills with kids as they like him too much and always ask for him when we not see him. Also Miss Jaz was very friendly and lovely. She keeps smiling and giving welcoming face. Also Mr. Mamun for his hard work to make our room clean, arranged and have the best experience and feel of home.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday with my family at the Grand Hyatt, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Club Suite, and the service exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They made the check-in process smooth and ensured that we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We also enjoyed Club Lounge access, where Cheryll and Prakristi provided exceptional hospitality. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist me and my family, making our experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast at Santa Monica was excellent, with a great selection of delicious food and outstanding service. Overall, we had an amazing stay and created wonderful memories celebrating my daughter's birthday. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Breakfast buffet is beyond exceptional and customer service is superb. Would definitely stay here again and consider staying at Hyatt hotels more often.
