We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas and truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the entire team. From the moment we arrived, Salma at check-in made us feel genuinely welcome with her professionalism, kindness, and smooth assistance. A special thank you as well to Gabriel and Prakarti at the Grand Club Lounge for the excellent service and friendly conversations throughout our stay. The lounge experience was relaxing, well-maintained, and added a very premium touch to our visit. During breakfast, Sager provided attentive and courteous service that made our mornings even more enjoyable. We also want to recognize all the friendly staff members we encountered — everyone consistently greeted us with smiles and made us feel valued as guests. The hotel amenities were excellent, from the beautiful facilities to the relaxing atmosphere, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. We especially appreciated the generous late check-out arrangement, which made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free for our family. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to staying again at Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas in the future.

The service was very good especially Prakriti and Gabriel at the Club lounge.. the food was delicious and nice portion today especially the chicken biryani, pasta, salmon was cooked perfectly.

We recently hosted a family event at the Grand Hyatt Doha and had an amaazzzingg experience. The entire team was incredibly kind and attentive throughout. A special thanks to Mr. Rohan for his impeccable customer service from day one. From food to decor to logistics, he helped us with absolutely everything. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all our guests. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was absolutely amazing from the beginning. All the staff was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the stay. The beach is very relaxing and the food in particular was incredibly enjoyable, we had both the bbq, normal menu, and Santa Monica Breakfast, everything was very tasty. We have to mention Bikram, who was incredibly thoughtful and did everything possible for us to have an amazing stay, as well as Kabir, who also provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We will definitely be back soon.
