I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr Abderahim the duty manager his service was truly outstanding he was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. He played a big role in making our experience exceptional. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the overall atmosphere. The entire team was lovely, always smiling and greeting us, which made us feel very comfortable and valued. I had such an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be coming back!

An amazing stay at Sheraton grand Doha from start to finish, welcoming, smooth, and truly relaxing. A special thanks to Mr Abderrahim for his outstanding kindness and professionalism, Wich elevated the whole experience and made it unforgettable , along with the front desk team for their warm hospitality, The hotel location is perfect as we had access to everything. The rooms were spotless and had an incredible view, The Food was delicious with variety especially the breakfast. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to in the furue !

I have a spent more than a month and a half at the grand sheraton, the stay was more than excellent as usual, every single detail was more than great, staff were splended especially rawan and her excellent customer service, jamil made the gym experience wonderful, manouj at the beach resort was really exeptional after knowing him for several visits he takes care of every single detail to make my experience special along with ajit, mohamad from rawanda and denoka and marita the life guards. the manager mirelle were excellent and really knew how to manage, wassim room service was excellent, Mr lejo took care of the restaurant issues, chef Marwan and chef younes with highest rating and Mr sahib.

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided good value for the price. Noise levels were minimal, allowing for proper rest. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering great service throughout my stay. Amenities were satisfactory and added to the overall comfort. I would definitely consider staying here again.
