I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel. Five stars all the way. From the moment I arrived, everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I especially want to recognize Fatine, who checked me in and was always so kind, friendly, and helpful whenever I saw her in the lobby. She made me feel welcome from the very beginning. I also want to thank Ankush, who cleaned my room daily and always made sure everything was spotless and that I was well stocked with water. Waseem and Devika were also fantastic, along with so many other members of the team who made my stay truly memorable. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional, and it is clear that the staff takes great pride in making every guest feel comfortable and cared for. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what really makes the Sheraton Grand Doha stand out is the people. Everyone went above and beyond. I will return again and again, and I will always recommend that my friends visiting Doha stay at the Sheraton. It is simply the best.

We had an amaaaazing experience and what made it better are the extraordinary hotel staff Shayma, Aya, and Omayma and the bell boy Ramees. The best service anyone could ever have. Love you all
