
am extremely disappointed by the treatment my companions and I recently received at the Atrium Lounge at the Sheraton Hotel Doha. For more than ten years, we have been loyal customers of the hotel and regular visitors to the Atrium Lounge. Throughout that time, we consistently enjoyed professional service and courteous treatment, which makes this recent experience even more disappointing. During our latest visit, despite there being no apparent reservations or capacity issues, we were left waiting in line for an excessive amount of time without any clear explanation. What was particularly frustrating was seeing other guests bypass the queue and be seated ahead of us. There were no proper waiting arrangements, no seating provided for guests in line, and very little communication from staff regarding the delay. When we approached staff and management for assistance, we were met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude that fell far below the standards expected from a luxury hotel. Eventually, we were offered a table in an isolated smoking area that was significantly inferior to the seating areas we had occupied during our many previous visits. When we politely raised our concerns, the response from the lounge manager was rude and confrontational. The situation worsened when senior restaurant management became involved. Rather than seeking to understand the issue or find a reasonable solution, they simply supported the actions of their staff without properly addressing our concerns. To make matters worse, when we requested the contact details of the General Manager to formally escalate the matter, our request was refused. What disappointed us most was not the waiting time itself, but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect shown toward long-standing customers. This experience was completely inconsistent with the reputation and standards associated with the Sheraton brand. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can no longer recommend the Atrium Lounge to friends, family, or colleagues. I hope hotel management investigates this matter seriously and takes appropriate action to improve customer service and ensure that other guests do not experience similar treatment.

Location, atmosphere 10/10 - class! I was looked after by Rawane who was very accommodating so service 10/10! All I came here for was their Umm Ali, which I head is really good here. I was certainly not disappointed. 10/10!!!
